It’s unusual to need to reinstall Prophet. But it is sometimes needed to fix unusual problems.

Uninstall Avidian Prophet through Control Panel > Programs and Features, or Settings > Apps.
Download Prophet’s Full installation from the most recent Release Notes.
If you are unsure if you are a Windows Administrator on your PC, please contact your IT or Prophet Support.
If your company manages your own Prophet server, please contact your IT for the installation version that matches your server, and its URL.
Close Outlook and run the installation.
Once Outlook is opened, continue through the end of Prophet’s installation.
Please test that the Contact folder setting is correct by creating a contact through Prophet and verify that you can find it in Prophet.
