Problem
Avid’s Managers won’t load and show just “Loading…” in the middle.
You might also see these.
If Log Messages is checked on the dropdown off of Avid’s Help button, the log in Documents\Avidian Technologies\ErrorLog.txt, might have “Root Element is Missing”.
Solutions
1) This can be caused by skipping Avid’s login. Restart Outlook and you should be prompted again.
2) If that doesn’t fix it, run C:\Program Files\Avidian Technologies\ConfigureProphetClient.exe.
Restart Outlook.
3) The following solution hasn’t been needed since late 2021. But it won’t hurt anything.
You can delete ProphetConfig.xml in Documents\Avidian Technologies\Avid\Configuration. Avid will create it once Outlook is re-opened.
