Problem
When creating a new company, or when trying to Save a Company or Contact, you get this error.
Debugging
Enable Avid error logging.
Select one of the Avid Manager Folders.
Click the dropdown on Avid’s Help button and check the box for Log Message.
Restart Outlook.
Reproduce the problem.
Review Avid’s log in Documents\Avidian Technologies\Avid\ErrorLog.txt
If it has the error, steps are below to create a new Outlook Profile.
2020/08/26 10:49:08 AM err Failed to build Outlook Stores cache. Outlook OST or Profile may be corrupt.

Please coordinate with your IT if you have questions or trouble.
Note that once you account is configured in the new Profile, it might take an hour or more to recreate Outlook’s local data file. During that time, Outlook will be mostly unresponsive.
Don’t delete your old Outlook Profile. You might want to change back to it to review settings.
