Template Creation – Create unlimited customized email templates for targeting specific audiences and messaging. Prophet Campaign Manager provides for inserting many variable and custom data fields into the email templates. These fields include data from contacts, companies, and opportunities, containing user-defined fields.

Audience Selection – Create and save targeted audience lists from any contacts, companies, or opportunities. Use priorly saved list views or create new ones by specifying key criteria or selecting specific individuals. Multiple audiences can be assigned to any given campaign.

Set a Cadence – Decide when, how often, and the duration of email campaigns. Specify the date range, exact time, and day of the week and the Campaign Manager will send emails out on schedule.

Insert Email Contents – Set up and use email templates utilizing all fonts, font sizes, and colors available in Microsoft Office and can even include images. An unsubscribe link is automatically inserted at the bottom of every email.

Execute the Campaign – Once you are ready to launch your campaign, you can schedule the campaign to follow its set cadence, or you can execute it right away. Up until the email is sent out, changes can be made.
