Problem

If one or more of your manager folders is missing under your “Avidian Avid” folder in Outlook, it could be that you accidentally moved or deleted it.

In the example below, the “Company Manager” folder is missing.

Solution

1. Click on the Avid tab at the top of Outlook.
2. Click the button that says “Rebuild Manager Folders”.
