| Understanding Mobile Customer Relationship Management |
| - Prophet is unique because it is built into the latest versions of Outlook instead of a separate application like ACT, Goldmine or SalesForce.com. | Small Business Pipeline Raves About Prophet |
| - Avidian Technologies' Prophet is a customer relationship management (CRM) application that integrates directly with Microsoft Outlook. For that reason, it has a leg up on many other CRM applications that rely on import and export of contact information. Some are able to transfer updated information back to Outlook, but the processes are generally manual and the data that is inserted into Outlook is restricted. Even Microsoft's own Business Contact Manager (BCM) is a separate application from Outlook, and uses its own data files...Read more |
